The United States Regional Center Group

The New World Regional Center is a member of the United States Regional Center Group, the premier regional center organization in the United States, with seven operating and planned USCIS Regional Centers providing EB-5 sponsorship, coverage and expertise in each of the key economic hubs in the country. The combined group provides EB-5 immigration access to premier projects and utilizes a proven financial structure that maximizes visa success, USCIS compliance, and protection of the parties.


The achievements of the United States Regional Center Group began with the Seattle Regional Center, headquartered in Seattle, the economic and cultural center of Washington State. Recent successfully sponsored projects include:

Fifth & Columbia

5th and Columbia ProjectThe project includes the construction of a nationally acclaimed 43-story tower in the heart of downtown Seattle with 14 floors dedicated to a Four Star hotel; 528,000 square feet of Class A+ office space; and a spa, pool, meeting spaces, ballroom, sky lounge and restaurants. Construction is currently underway.

Dexter Station

Dexter Station ProjectThe project includes the construction of an office building in the South Lake Union District of Seattle, which has now become Seattle’s hottest commercial real estate market. The building includes 327,000 square feet of office space and 11,000 square feet of retail. Construction is nearing completion.

Our Regional Centers

The geographic scope of the United States Regional Center Group includes the following:

Seattle Regional Center provides continuing projects and operations in the Seattle area.

FDIUS Regional Center received its USCIS regional center designation in 2009. The Regional Center’s activities are centered on large real estate development projects in Los Angeles.

New World Regional Center is currently focusing on major real estate development programs in the San Francisco Area, including San Francisco’s premium Treasure Island waterfront development project.

NYC Regional Center provides EB-5 coverage in New York, a world economic hub and the second largest state economy in the United States. EB-5 applicants will be offered the opportunity to participate in premium real estate projects such as strategically-located Manhattan hotel developments.

Boston Regional Center provides access to superior EB-5 opportunities in Boston, the 10th largest metropolitan area in the United States. The initial focus for visa applicants is the massive Seaport Square waterfront development project in the heart of the city.

Florida First Regional Center will cover the vibrant southern half of Florida, including Miami, Tampa and Orlando and offer large-scale, select EB-5 projects in the country’s fourth largest state economy.

Texas First Regional Center will cover the key economic areas of Texas (Dallas, Houston and San Antonio) and provide EB-5 opportunities in the country’s third largest state economy.
